Purpose:
Our campus's lowest scores on the Texas STaR Chart was in the areas of online learning. According to UP's STaR Chart results from the last three years (2006, 2007, 2008), our campus scored "2" which means developing tech. All other areas on the STaR Chart were "3" (advanced tech) or "4" (target tech). How can we as an elementary campus utilize online learning as a professional development tool and utilize it with our students?
